This year’s Equality Gala is all about celebration, legacy, and luminous queer joy. The Equality Gala serves as the main fundraiser for OKEQ’s life-saving programs and services that support our 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

We’re partnering with Rainbow Youth Project to cleanup the community that gives back to us. All ages are welcome, and open to anyone who wants to help make our community stronger, safer, and more welcoming. After the cleanup, join us for free pizza at RYPU’s OKC office by Frankies, which they have generously sponsored. Come hang out, meet others, and see the incredible work RYPU is doing to help LGBTQ youth across the nation.

Celebrate the start of Pride Weekend with purpose and pride at the OKC Pride Opening Ceremony on Friday, May 30th at 6:00 PM. This evening of reflection, recognition, and resilience sets the tone for a weekend of visibility, joy, and momentum for change. All are welcome—come stand proud with us.

Brought to us from the OWFD LGBTQ+ team, join us in an engaging meeting focused on solidarity training with Freedom Oklahoma’s Nicole McAfee. Hosted at Pizzeria Gusto on Monday, May 12, 7-9pm. $5 donation suggested for attendance.
